Stephen Videl "Cheeze" Ragas Sr., a resident of Algiers, Louisiana, was tragically killed on June 24, 2016, at the age of 33. Stephen Ragas was a beloved community member known for his strong family ties. He was a devoted father to his children, Serenity Virginia and Stephen Videl Jr., and was well-loved by his extended family and friends. Originally from Port Sulphur, he later lived in Algiers, where he became a cherished member of the community.
