On a cold February evening in 2018, the life of Dennis Henry, a 54-year-old Black male, was cut short by gunfire in Lockport, New York. Around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 18th, police responded to a call on Monroe Street regarding a man who had been shot. Upon their arrival, they discovered Dennis Henry was already deceased.

The Lockport Police Department immediately launched a homicide investigation into the fatal shooting. An autopsy was ordered to determine the precise cause of death ...
