Jessica Wiltse, a 34-year-old resident of Tarrytown, NY, tragically lost her life on February 27, 2018. She was found in her apartment at the Sleepy Hollow Gardens complex, having been shot twice in the chest and arm with a .45-caliber semi-automatic pistol.
