In the early morning hours of February 27, 2018, the life of 34-year-old Jessica Wiltse was tragically cut short in her Tarrytown, New York, apartment. A mother of two young boys, Wiltse was discovered bleeding and semi-conscious in her Sleepy Hollow Gardens apartment complex at approximately 7:16 a.m. She had been shot twice, in the chest and arm, with a. 45-caliber semi-automatic pistol.
