Saferino Flores Pineda, aged 31, was tragically killed on March 22, 2018, in Queens, New York. The incident occurred inside the 5 de Mayo Deli located at 81-06 Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights. On that fateful evening, Flores Pineda was approached from behind and shot multiple times in the face and chest by Fabian DeJesus-Garcia.
