On December 5, 2014, Taquane Clark, a 21-year-old resident of Queens, New York, was tragically killed during a home invasion. The incident occurred when three masked men forced their way into a home in Jamaica, Queens, in search of marijuana. During the botched robbery, Clark was shot and killed. One of the intruders, Elijah Gough, was also shot in the leg but managed to escape, leaving behind crucial evidence such as his DNA, mask, a sneaker, and a backpack.
