Sabrina Moreno, a 21-year-old woman from Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of October 5, 2018. The incident occurred as she was walking to dinner with her boyfriend and a friend in East New York. According to witnesses, a man approached them from behind and began firing from about 15 to 20 feet away. Sabrina was struck in the neck and collapsed on the sidewalk.
