Frank Navaroli III, a 27-year-old resident of Buffalo, NY, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of New Year's Day, following a party at the now-closed Taqueria La Delicias on Pearl Street. Navaroli was found in a Chevrolet Malibu that had crashed on Franklin Street, between Allen and North streets.
