In the autumn of 2015, the life of 19-year-old Norman Fullenweider was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire on a street in Buffalo, New York. On the evening of October 30th, Fullenweider, a Black male, was the victim of a double shooting that also claimed the life of 21-year-old Jermaine Moss. The incident unfolded in the 1200 block of Fillmore Avenue, leaving a community shaken and two families mourning an abrupt and violent loss.
