In the spring of 2019, the life of a 12-year-old boy from Yonkers, New York, was tragically cut short. On the night of Saturday, April 13th, Nyran Plummer, a male student in the Yonkers public school system, was found inside his family's third-floor apartment on Nepperhan Avenue with a catastrophic gunshot wound to his head.
