Malik T. Russell, a 29-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Malik was found with a gunshot wound to his chest near a pile of garbage on Chauncey Street.
