Charles Anthony Elliott Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Port Chester, NY, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on August 6, 2019. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Weber Drive, part of the Midland Court section of the Port Chester Housing Authority complex. Police responded to numerous 911 calls around 12:35 a.m. and found Elliott in the street with a gunshot wound to the head.
