In the early hours of August 6, 2019, the life of 26-year-old Charles Anthony Elliott Jr. was tragically cut short in a shooting in Port Chester, New York. Around 12:35 a.m., numerous 911 calls reported a shooting in progress in the vicinity of 9 Weber Drive, a housing complex in the village. Responding officers discovered Elliott, a resident of Port Chester, lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his head.
