Matthew Napoleoni, a 23-year-old resident of Middletown, NY, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2019. The incident occurred outside the Made In Puerto Rico Latin Cuisine and Sports Bar in Wallkill, Orange County. The altercation began inside the bar around 2:30 a.m. and escalated into the parking lot, where Napoleoni was fatally shot multiple times. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries at Orange Regional Medical Center.
