Jason Scott Mullins, Sr., a 50-year-old resident of St. Augustine, Florida, passed away on February 2, 2023. Born on January 30, 1973, in Roanoke, Virginia, Mullins was a graduate of Northside High School in 1991 and later attended Virginia Tech.
