Jened Duncan, a 24-year-old woman from Brooklyn, NY, tragically lost her life on November 10, 2019, in a devastating incident that shook the Flatlands neighborhood. Duncan was found dead in her apartment on Utica Avenue, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
