In the early morning hours of February 20, 2020, the life of 19-year-old Daqwan Marshall, a Black male, was cut short by gunfire in Buffalo, New York. Police were called to a residence on Kamper Avenue just before 1:30 a.m. where they discovered Marshall inside the home, having been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
