Ryan Franklin, a 30-year-old resident of West Haverstraw, tragically lost his life on May 22, 2020, in Nyack, New York. The incident occurred around 10:05 a.m. on South Midland Avenue, where Franklin was found severely wounded by police officers. He had been shot twice in the torso and succumbed to his injuries shortly after being discovered.
