Amy Fantauzzi, a 39-year-old NYPD officer, tragically died on May 31, 2020, in her Bronx apartment. Her death was ruled a suicide, as she fatally shot herself in the head. Fantauzzi was reportedly distraught over relationship problems, which contributed to her decision to end her life.
