Tyana Johnson, a 19-year-old from the Bronx, New York, tragically lost her life on June 12, 2020. She was celebrating her recent academic achievement, having earned an associate's degree from Monroe College, and was looking forward to participating in the college's virtual graduation ceremony. The celebration took place at Shoelace Park in the Wakefield section of the Bronx, where Tyana had gathered with friends and family to mark this significant milestone.
