Olga Ortiz, aged 50, tragically lost her life on June 22, 2020, in a murder-suicide incident in New York, NY. The grim discovery was made in the couple's basement apartment on the Upper West Side. Police were alerted by the couple's 21-year-old son, who found his parents' bodies after being unable to enter the apartment.
