Jennifer Ann Ostrander, a 31-year-old mother of seven from Schenectady, NY, tragically lost her life on August 2, 2020. She was sitting on her porch in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood when she was fatally shot in the head. The incident was part of a gang-related shooting involving members of the Bloods street gang, who were targeting rival Crips gang members.
