Derrick Garner, a 41-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2020, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 10:35 p.m. on Bainbridge Street near Lewis Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
