Andy Urena-Marrero, a 23-year-old resident of Haverstraw, NY, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2020. He was shot in the head while in the backyard of his Hudson Avenue home. The incident occurred around 9:09 p.m., and despite the prompt arrival of the Haverstraw town police and emergency services, Marrero succumbed to his injuries at Westchester Medical Center.
