In the late hours of a Thursday night in Troy, New York, the life of 17-year-old Tamari Rodriguez was tragically cut short. On September 24, 2020, in the vicinity of Glen and 7th Avenue, gunshots shattered the evening's quiet. When police arrived around 11:10 p.m., they discovered the young man on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound to his head.
