On the evening of September 25, 2020, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Schenectady, New York. Elnahcere Vincent, a 22-year-old male, was fatally shot outside the Star Liquor store located at the corner of State Street and Kelton Avenue. The incident, which marked the city's fifth homicide of the year, unfolded shortly before 8 p.m.
