Hakeem Phillips, a 31-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2020. Phillips was shot during a large outdoor gathering at the Parkside Commons apartment complex. The incident occurred late in the evening, and Phillips was transported to Upstate Hospital with a gunshot wound to his midsection.
