In the autumn of 2020, the life of 31-year-old Hakeem Phillips, a male resident of Syracuse, New York, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Friday, October 23rd, events unfolded that would end in his untimely death. Reports of gunfire at the Parkside Commons apartment complex drew the attention of law enforcement.
