On a Saturday afternoon in East Harlem, 24-year-old Christopher Caraballo’s life was tragically cut short in a fatal act of violence. The incident occurred on November 21, 2020, in front of the Wagner Houses on Paladino Avenue. Caraballo, a resident of Brownsville, Brooklyn, was attempting to enter one of the buildings at approximately 3:40 p.m. when he was confronted by an armed individual.
