Christopher Caraballo, a 24-year-old resident of Brownsville, Brooklyn, was tragically killed on November 21, 2020, in Manhattan, New York. The incident occurred around 3:40 p.m. in front of the Wagner Houses on Paladino Avenue near First Avenue in East Harlem.
