On October 16, 2016, Keith Cooper, an 18-year-old resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, was tragically killed in a homicide that shocked the community. Keith was found by police after they responded to a report in New Orleans. Upon arrival, officers discovered Keith had suffered multiple gunshot wounds while sitting in his vehicle.
