In the Norwood neighborhood of the Bronx, a 20-year-old woman named Delila Vasquez was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head on the evening of March 17, 2021. The discovery was made inside a vacant third-floor apartment on Hull Avenue, a location known to be a gathering spot for gang members.
