Roberto Perez, a 30-year-old motorcyclist, tragically lost his life in a drive-by shooting on April 21, 2021, in Manhattan, New York. The incident occurred around 1:15 a.m. at a gas station located at the intersection of Ninth Avenue and West 207th Street in the Inwood neighborhood.
