Anthony Boyd Jr., a 17-year-old from Mount Vernon, NY, tragically lost his life on May 6, 2021. The incident occurred during a botched gun-buy outside a home on South Eighth Avenue. Anthony had arranged to sell a gun to Tyrese White and Christopher Mills. Upon his arrival, White shot Anthony in the chest and took the gun before fleeing the scene with Mills. This tragic event cut short the life of a young man who was on the verge of graduating high school and enlisting in the army.
