Michael Monclus, a 26-year-old resident of Manhattan, NY, was tragically killed on May 8, 2021. His death occurred in the stairwell of the Lexington Houses on East 99th Street near Park Avenue in East Harlem. Monclus was lured to the location under the pretense of a drug deal by two acquaintances, Tom Ruiz and Jonathan Tolentino.
