Hednick Wynaar, a 22-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of Halloween, around 12:50 a.m., when Wynaar was riding a scooter with his friend Nalyn Cepeda along Adee Avenue in the Williamsbridge neighborhood.
