In the early evening of Sunday, April 2, 2017, the St. Claude neighborhood of New Orleans was disrupted by an act of violence that claimed the life of 39-year-old Vincent Jordan. A male, Jordan was discovered inside his silver Mercury Mountaineer in the 1800 block of Louisa Street, the vehicle's engine still running, a detail that added a chilling layer to the unfolding scene.
