Michael J. Chisholm, aged 36, was tragically murdered on November 19, 1991, in Pasadena, Maryland. His body was discovered on the side of Alpine Beach Road, having been shot twice in the head. The investigation revealed that Lawrence Banks, a 39-year-old man from Baltimore, was responsible for Chisholm's death. Banks, along with his brother-in-law Charles E.
