On a cool autumn evening in Pasadena, Maryland, the life of 21-year-old Javante Jaquan Parker was tragically cut short. On Friday, November 14, 2014, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded to calls of shots fired in the 7800 block of Huff Court. Upon their arrival, officers were directed to a backyard where they found a young man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
