On a Wednesday morning in September, a dispute over money between two acquaintances in Pasadena, Maryland, escalated into a fatal encounter. Forty-four-year-old Jeffrey Thomas Dickinson had traveled by scooter to the home of Gregory Richard Korwek on Orr Court to confront him about a debt. The situation turned tragic when Korwek, then 40, used a shotgun to shoot and kill Dickinson in his driveway.
