In the quiet, pre-dawn hours of a December morning in Landover, Maryland, a dedicated public servant's life was tragically cut short. Harry Davis Jr., a 40-year-old male officer with the Metro Transit Police, was on a routine patrol when he noticed a suspicious vehicle parked at a secluded Metro power station.
