In the fall of 1998, a chilling event unfolded that ended the life of Mukesh Patel, a 35-year-old man. On October 15th of that year, he was working alongside Kanu Patel when they were subjected to a brutal attack. The assailants not only committed murder but also directed racial slurs at the victims, cruelly mocking their limited English skills. This violent encounter tragically cut short both of their lives.
