Hans Gerhard Harrer, a 54-year-old resident of Camp Springs, Maryland, died on February 11, 2010, in a tragic incident involving law enforcement. On that day, Prince George's County police were conducting a routine investigation in the 6700 block of Coolridge Road after discovering a homeless man dead in a truck.
