On a spring evening in Camp Springs, Maryland, the life of 31-year-old Charles Daniel Williams, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On May 29, 2010, Williams was discovered inside a vehicle in the 6200 block of Maxwell Drive, suffering from gunshot wounds.
