On a cold morning in Seat Pleasant, Maryland, the sound of gunshots shattered the quiet of the neighborhood. On January 6, 2011, at approximately 11:35 a.m., officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were dispatched to the 900 block of Central Hill Lane following reports from concerned citizens.
