In the early morning hours of July 13, 2011, the life of 34-year-old Leeson Richardo Samuels of Adelphi, Maryland, was tragically cut short. A few hours before his body was discovered, Samuels was walking to his 2007 tan Chevrolet Suburban in Silver Spring when he was kidnapped. His vehicle was also stolen during the abduction.
