In the city of Baltimore on September 21, 2014, the life of 20-year-old Christopher Camphor was tragically cut short. The young Black man was at a bus stop located at Saratoga and Paca streets in the downtown area when gunfire erupted. The shooting was not a random act of violence but was rooted in a dispute between two city gangs. Camphor was the intended target of the attack.
