Michael Ricardo Minor, a 38-year-old resident of Suitland, MD, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2014. The incident occurred when Prince George's County sheriff's deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic violence situation. According to reports, a woman had called 911, stating that Minor had assaulted her and she believed he had retrieved a handgun before leaving the scene.
