Kevin Givens, a 23-year-old resident of Southeast Washington, D.C., was found dead on April 10, 2019, in Suitland, Maryland. On that evening, Prince George's County Police responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle in the 3200 block of Ryan Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered Givens inside the car with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
