Kester "Tony" Browne III, a 7-year-old boy, was tragically found dead alongside his mother, Jennifer Jeffrey Browne, in their Southwest Baltimore home on May 28, 2015. Both victims had been shot in the head, a crime that shocked their community and left many grieving.
