On a summer evening in Baltimore, Maryland, on July 24, 2015, a fatal encounter unfolded that would claim the life of 39-year-old Damon Ramsey. The incident, which began over a misunderstanding, quickly escalated into a violent confrontation that left Ramsey with fatal injuries.
