Tabitha Holtman, a 25-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on October 11, 2015. She was found lying in the middle of Church Street near Pennington Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds to her back. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. on a Sunday night. Despite immediate efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene. A 17-year-old boy was also present at the scene and sustained a graze wound. He was transported to a hospital for treatment.
