In the autumn of 2015, a burst of gunfire shattered the afternoon calm in a Bladensburg, Maryland neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Antione Jajuan Freeman, a 23-year-old male from Landover Hills, was found suffering from a gunshot wound on October 13, 2015, in the 5600 block of Mary A Court. The shooting, which occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m., also left another man wounded.
