Davon Barrett, a 26-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on November 18, 2015. He was found unresponsive on the 3200 block of Belair Road in the Belair Edison neighborhood after being shot. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Barrett lived on the 3100 block of Claremont Avenue, which is approximately three miles from the location where he was shot.
